Naturgy PIC

The application to start the customer onboarding process (hereinafter, the "application" or "PIC") is a tool through which both individuals (hereinafter, "Users") who wish to contract with Naturgy BAN, S.A. (hereinafter, Naturgy or the Distributor) for the provision of natural gas service through networks and certified gas fitters (hereinafter, "Certified Professionals") interested in carrying out internal installations in homes, businesses, and/or industries within the Naturgy area, must register to manage and receive requests through the PIC.

Registration

Both the User and the Certified Professional must register in the application by completing the required information in the "Registration Form." To this end, they must provide true and updated information, with each party being responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Naturgy does not verify the identity declared by the User.

Individuals who are employees or perform tasks assigned by Naturgy or companies contracted by the Distributor cannot register in the application as Certified Professionals.

Objectives

The main objective of PIC is to enhance current tools for registering a Naturgy customer and simultaneously ensure that all involved parties - Users and Certified Professionals - have a detailed "space" within the application for information and communication that enables a more efficient and modern customer onboarding process.
